Charge appeared on my bank statement online as a debit card transaction. I have never heard of this company in another state and have made no sports related purchases. I had to put a block on my debit card and ask the bank to investigate. This SAME type of fraud happened to my account last year, different card, similar type of online sports company. I find it odd that they have obtained my NEW debit card number to run this same type of scam again - makes me wonder if it could be a bank employee, but that may be a long shot. It just makes me angry that I have to go to such lengths to protect my credit over such a petty amount of money. I think I'll switch from BB&T to a bank that sends me alerts for EVERY transaction as they happen to better protect myself.
