im a single mum and depend on my family tax credit money each week for me and my daughter to live on, when i went to the bank on on the 8th march 2012 i discovered the amount missin i have had to wait a few days for my online bank statment to update and discovered the company named above is responsible for taking the money and i have never heard of this company before im so annoyed by companys doing such a thing and to know they have got axcess not just to my details but to other people whos comments i have read is totally out of order im devasted that we are not gonna get any joy of being compensated back whats owed to us that have been victimised its left me totally distraught

  • Hi, I had the same problem. On Saturday 59.94 was taken from my account. I rang the loan company and was just put on hold to a receptionist. I then called barclays bank where they are re-enbursing me with my money and should have it back in my bank in 24 hours. I advise you call your bank. The police are to involved. Hope this helps
