It was not authorizate for the company to take any money out of the account. he said his name was wayne henry,and the address was 2519 McMillan Booth Road, suite 3510-121 in Clearwater, FL. Ask to speak to a supervisor and this person put me on hold and then came back and said the supervisor was busy.
