I found charges to my mothers account for $59.95 for the last 5 months. I called the number 800-320-3621 to find out what it was for. i was told that is was for either Geni Bra or work out stuff. My mother did not order any workout stuff. but she did order the Geni Bra in Oct of 2011. she has been charged $59.95 every month. we were told that we had a free trial for finacial coach and my mother was to cancel within 30 days. she never sighed up for it and we never received anything about it. The woman that i spoke to did not know exactly what the free trial was for and she was vey rude. they told me that they would refund $59.95 but not anything before today. So my mother is out the rest.
