I ordered a pair of sneakers from website. Sneakers received were completely wrong pair and were of horrible quality. They were delivered in a plastic envelope, no box and no paperwork or return instructions. The website has no contact information, but says to email for return instructions. I emailed several times and received no response. Website also says returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and merchandise must be returned in original box with no marks or tape on box. Merchandise didn't come in a box!
