I bought a pair of sold out Pumas for my boyfriend's birthday from a store called loves shoes mall. I waited and waited, my boyfriend's birthday came and went. I could not contact the company or cancel my order. I made a claim on Pay Pal, they said there is a tracking number and the package is on its way from china. I read a review of "loves shoes mall" that they are frauds and they will send you something of no value from China and you will not hear from them after that. Today I got a Hello Kitty wrist band (value: 10 cents) in the mail from China, it took a month to get here and NO SHOES. Pay Pal at this point had them on their list of frauds and refunded me, I had to call Pay Pal twice and escalate the issue from a dispute to a claim. If they were not on a fraud list, pay pal said I would have had to pay a lot of money to mail it back to them for a return and the company would not be available refund me for shipping or anything. A lot of patience to get my money back but it paid off.
