Placed order on their website and was billed almost immediately but received absolutely nothing from them except the runaround. Support would send me a canned response, their 800 number was only a recording that pointed me to 24/7 support chat which was temp down due to updates. I tried everyday and still could not reach anyone but they did add a really nice Flash demo to the site during this time and then the site went completely down.
