We purchased a living room set from Jennifer Convertibles in Tustin, CA. We kept it in our family room, where it got very little use. Within a few months one of the cushions started to peel. We were not concerned at first because we had purchased a leather protection plan which we were told covered almost anything, including peeling. We had put away the receipt so well we could not find it. Still, we thought that when the receipt turned up, the problem would be corrected.

A little over a year after we purchased the sofas the peeling, which had been cofined to just one cushion started to appear on the back cushions, and an arm rest. Then EUREKA!!. We found the receipt, went to the store where we purchased it but it had closed. Eventually we called Jennifer Convertibles and they explained that "peeling" was not covered by "our guarantee." The rep added that if our kids had ripped it or done somehting else to it, they would replace it. We stopped using the sofas, and in fact had them stored for a while. Then I moved and decided to use them, thinking I could live with the damage, but with very little use (less than 2 weeks) the sofas started to peel all over. Anyway, long story short, see the video on youtube and judge for yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqdasT34rK0&context=C4482878ADvjVQa1PpcFNDAwp0WDdI5W4W_gjl3YJqzxLCH__QFjo=
