I recieved a call from a man with a very strong accent and said he recieved my application for a payday loan and I had applied for information with another company. I could bareley understand him, I ask where he was calling from he said New York but he sound like the call was from another country. I asked for a call back number he said the loan officer would give me all the information so when I spoke with loan officer he had a little less accent and confirmed my info I asked why I couldn't pull up the website he said they would email me because I was probably putting it in wrong. I immediatley called the number and the person I spoke to said they just answer their calls that they are not part of the "Club" membership, I explained I did not want a membership and to cancel all information or anything regarding them she said my application had not been approved (they told me I was approved) and she would cancel it and assured me information would not be used. I informed my bank and I have to close my account and move all my auto deposits order new checks. They are watching my account but cant do anything but reverse any withdrawels and fees it costs me and to never use my checking for that use but to use debit card then they can just cancel it.
