I went on their website to fill out a surveys ,and they were supposed to just send me coupon in exchange for doing so.I then received a call thanking me for doing so,and the guy asked if I would agree to pay $1.95 for a processing fee.So I asked him if that would be the only cost ,and he assured me it would!After I gave him my credit card # HE THEN PROCEEDED to inform me that I would be charged an additional amount of $16.95 per month to be a member of their club.Of which I never discussed beforehand.I immediately told him that what he had just did was at the very least,deceitful,and probably illegal,and I did not want to be a member of any club and wanted my money returned.He said that would be impossible since it had already been entered into the computer.I asked to speak to his supervisor,(Parjana Johan)who told me the same thing,and could not do anything about it for two days.I called back in two days an the lady I talked to proceeded to cram a sales pitch down my throat that I kept insisting I didn't want to hear.She eventually agreed to not charge me the monthly fee,but insisted there was nothing she could do about the 1.95 fee.And that was it.She hung up.
