I received an e-mail introducing me to Zinga. Was given a free offer to start bidding. When I realised that the bidding required credits, I selected the 'free bids' tab and managed to get some bidding credits. I didn't realise at this time that, every time you bid, it uses up credits. When I'd used all the credits, I elected to cease using the website, as I did not wish to spend money on such activities. I felt that the credit charge for bidding was not made clear at the outset, neither was it made clear that Ask-zinga would charge me £ 59.99 in February along with a chage of £3.06 and £1 taken on the same day and a further £ 59.99 on 20th March. Having seen 'Ask-zinga.com' on my bank statement, I entered the name into Google and came up with this website. I see I'm not the first to have been caught out by this scam and that you have managed to help reclaim thousands to date. From some of the entries, I expect to have a further deduction of £ 59.99 from my current account at the beginning of April '12. I would be grateful if you could get back to me at your earliest convenience, to let me know if you can help me reclaim the £124.04 taken out of my current account to date without my knowledge or consent Many thanks. Mrs Phillips
