i got paid on the 9th of march and rang my bank on the 10th to see how much money i had left and i noticed i had a pending payment of £59.94 to come out of my bank. i had no idea what it was for, so i spoke to an advisor over the phone to find out what the payment was for, the lady i spoke to was very helpful and told me it was a company called your-money.tv so i explain i had no idea who the company was and that i had no dealing with the company as i don't like to use my card online. she referred me to the fraud department and they investigated it for me, they told me the would get the payment back for me as they could see i had no dealings with the company, i have been waiting two week and still haven't got my money back. i rang my bank today and they said they spoke to your-money.tv and they said i signed up in November last year so there was nothing more they could do. i've tried going on the the website to get a number to ring them up but i cant seem to find the website, i have never used any money lending companies before and have never received and money from this company, i just want my money back as it is rightfully mine !!!
