Also you can speak with "Lucy" ext 405 and "Jake" ext 407. Tried to scam us for something we never ordered and changed a recording to suit their own use. Report them to the FTC, BBB and the Attorney General Office in the state I live in, if I could figure out where else to report them, I would!
