I had made the mistake of applying for a payday loan online and not with a direct lender. Today I checked my account and found it was overdrawn, even though it shouldn't have been. Paymeloans.com debited $34.99 from my account. I have never dealt with them and have no arrangements with them. I don't know what my bank will do, but I plan to file a complaint with the US government, my state and (if I can) the state where they do business.
