Complaint 95018 Details

I joined the bidding site in December and clicked the bid for free instead of the Platinum membership, shortly after joining I won a bid of 250 bid which cost me £2.56p in British pounds and also a extra charge of £1.00 was taken. I continued bidding until a couple days later I discovered £59.00 in British pounds was taken from my account without my consent. Ziinger claims by their terms and condition that they can take the money after 7 days, but the money was taken within 2 days. I now have a dispute which paid the money back into my account, but now Ziinger ask amended their terms and conditions to suite themselves and added more to their terms and condition which was not on the website before. I now have 10 days to respond to my bank or my bank will pay the payment back to them.
