i call the phone number that was in the letter.the guy talk so fast that you couldn"t understand him.when i ask him if this was on up and deal.he just told me to cash the check and go to western union and send 1460. back to allison miles at the city of london,englandthat is would cost 130 to tranfer the money back to this person.
