In February,2012, I visited Alibaba.com insearch of electonics. On 4th Feb, Doris Liu from www.xinduhui-elc.com contacted me with [email protected].
She sent me the companies sites and details and also pricelist of products they have. Honestly, their prices were tempting, and also with free shipping.
I believed her because, I see China as a country where electronics are produced and so should be cheap.
We continued chatting on messenger and phone calls untill 20th, she sent me a P.I for the sum of 1552USD to be paid in her company bank account:

Account Number: 098-361884-838
Beneficiary Bank Name: HSBC Hong Kong
Bank Address: 1 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong
Bank Code: 004 (for local payment)
SWIFT Address: HSBCHKHHHKH (for telegraphic transfers).

I posted the money through bank transfer on 20/03/12, she replied to tell me she received the money on 22/03/12.
On 23/03/12, she sent another mail that she has sent the goods through this strange company:

The company is 17track.

Tracking number: CP225487023CN.

Since then, Doris is not picking my calls, not responding to my mails, not chatting with me even when she is online. The tracking number not moving. No goods received. Nobody calling me.

I believe with the bank detailes its easy to track Doris down, but I need somebody to tell me how.
Chinese government and security should be able to track this cheat if they really want to help.
