I was on the Ancestery.com web site and they had a 7 day free trial where you gave your credit card # and if you didn't want to continue you had to cancel by the 7th day. Before the 7th day I tried to log into Ancestery.com and it kept telling me that I didn't have an account. I emailed Ancestery with the complaint and they said I didn't have an account. So I assumed that that was that. I got my credit card bill today and there is a $47.88 charge from INF*ARCHIVES.COM. I keep trying to get into this site to cancel and can't get in. How do I get out of this?
