I orderd 1 month of service for $12.95 they removed $119.40 from my bank account. I called them they are very polished at keeping peoples money, they asked for my social security number,my whole debit card number and other personal information. I gave "Amber" my last four digits of my card number and she agreed to refund $106.45 reluctantly, she gave me this conformation number 597483762. Then it occured to me that she is getting a commission of what money she could retain. I told her I wanted my $12.95 returned also, since I never used the service and never will after seeing the type of business they conduct. She refused the total refund, any reptuable company at this point would of given a complete refund. I was told it would take up to sevin days to credit my card.
