As the persone earlier stated. Everything she said is what I heard. I told the guy on the phone that they shouldn't be charging me for a coupons 99.00. then they said there was a one time charge of 14.95. I told them I shouldn't have to buy something to get the loan. I couldn't hardly understand the men. I did this March 30,2012. About 1ish. I am very upset about this.
