I have also fallen victim to this scam I was told i was part of an area where theres a government stimulus for groceries and that i qualified for a $1000 worth of groceries and that i would be reimbursed in a check for the 19.95. i ended up getting subscribed to dvds and magazines that i said no to and ended up getting charged for canceling subscriptions and just got this card for signing up and paying 19.99.
