Was told that a badly needed loan was approved. "Richard Riley" was the agent. He instructed me to send $900.00 via western union and fax the signed contract and the $5,000.00 would be in my account the next day. It's day 2 and I have not received it. I really needed this money...that's why I was desperate to send money (rent money) to him thinking I still had time to pay the rent when the money arrived. Now it looks like I am out of rent money and on the streets. Anything that can be done to secure the money I sent and fix it so this company won't take advantage of people who are down in their luck and needed a break would be appreciated
