A similar call today from a foreign sounding man named William Parker at 914-236-4959 ext 1012 saying that I randomly would receive 7000 grant money into my account after giving him my personal information. I did not sign up for anything or give him any more information. As I asked more questions, he became very agitated on the phone, and said that I wasn't listening to him and was "oversmart". I feel like I definitely missed a scam here and wanted to alert anyone else who might be considering it.
