The scam has several aspects. FREE participation offered, then your credit card is charged $99.I bid on an Ipad with only a few secs till end of auction, yet no time set for the end. When screen said GOING TWICE at 00.00.00 time I was winning. More bids came,stopping clock each time by 20 secs, raising the price. Bid Rack must pad bids till the item is no bargain & you give up, losing your bid money. Your bid package is "guaranteed to win one auction". How is not stated. No explanation that you can buy item at reg price minus cost of yr bids.Only mention is on the video.
