I got an e-mail from Alldayslim.com that claimed I could get a free 14day trial just pay the shipping. When I recieved the product I noticed that I should talk to my Dr. before using the product so I made an appointment. What I didn't know was that they start counting the days from the time they ship it not from the time you recieve it. I ordered it on 7/7/11 and didn't recieve it for 2 or 3 weeks. When I checked my bank statement last Friday it showed that took out $64.95. It was after hours for them when I calle so I called today to find out why they took the money out and if they would give it back. They told me that the two week tria was way over and they could not refund my money. On their web site (alldayslim.com) it says that after the trial period they would ship out the next shipment for which I would be charged $64.95 and that it would be done each month there after. When I called them they said the charge was for the free trial. Now I seem to be out my money and when I asked if they would give me the number of the federal agency that governed them they said they couldn't but they could give me the address of the company it'sself. the address is: 22100 East 26th Avenue 100, Aurora, Colorado 80019.
I tried to get a phone number for that company and could not find one for that address. Please help.
