I purchased this Verizon 4G Certified Lucid by LG Android cell phone and the young lady at the 7029-A Forest Hill Ave.Richm.Va 23225 location told me I could try the phone out for a month to see if I like the phone and if not, return it for a full refund. I took the phone back to them around July 11th 2012 to council the contract due to information that was not spoken or given to me at upon the date of my purchase. I got my bill July 8th or the 9th and my bill was double the amount I expected it to be. I was then referred to customer services and they basically started telling me about the billing of 1 mon. in advance taxes and connection and what ever to get extra money from me. I'm very unhappy and want every dime of my money refunded back to me! I have my bill and would send a copy to you. I took the phone back to where I purchased it and they told me nothing they could do and to take it to 2nd and main st here in Rich. VA and they would take care of this. I went there on today and they told me they dont handle this. I would need to contact Verizon corporate office in referance to my complaints against this company.
