Checked my bank statement and there was this charge of £25.52. I contacted BlueBGSupport through their web site chat service and connected with Carly. Following my explanation that I had not purchased anything she confirmed that I would receive a refund in 7 - 10 working days. I threatened to report them to Trading Standards if it wasn't refunded in 5 days. I'll wait and see!! I have no idea who these people are or how they got my info they should be closed down.
