they were told to cancel my account but they took out money anyway.i hope you can get me my money back, they are putting me in a bad situation. i cant afford them and they dont care.when i called them they just kept on and on about what i would do if my car broke down. these peaple are good at what they do because they dont take no for a answer. i dont know what to do.
