I purchased my ex wife a 2005 XUV from Kens Kars and paid them $10,000 I borrowed for the car and she financed the balance of $3900. Less than a month later she returned the truck becuase she did not want to pay for the balance and he flipped her out of the car and into a 2000 Buick and wrote it up as if she paid only $6000 even tho he had collected $10,000 in cash from me. I have his employee on tape counting out the $10,000 and giving me a receipt for that much money. He changed the paperwork to cheat the local state out of sales tax. He cheated her by taking advantage of her and putting her into a very cheap car that has so many problems with it that the car is only worth about $4000. He is a con artist of the worse type and he doesnt care about it. He knows what he did and still refuses to speak to her or I about it.
