When I first contacted them in June 2012 to fix my computer and install AVG security system, they charged me $149.99 for a one year warranty and AVG security system for 3 years. When yahoo account was hacked 2 days ago 1/7/13 I called them and while speaking to a Rep the line was cut off, I called again and during the conversation the line was cut off again and in the 3rd time a Rep claimed that my yahoo account was hacked/infected and lost my contacts addresses by a 3 party and said that a fee of (about)$160.
They did not honor the one year warranty. The main issue here is that I think ISUPPORT.NET is the one that infested the virus into my account. No one uses my computer but me and the Reps sounded fishy in comparing their prices with STAPLES and other companies, not to mention that they cut me off 3 times.By the way, the Reps are all Indians. It is a call center in India and the phone # 1800-624-4998 and their phone which no body answers (in San Jose) 408-991-4161.
