I send back my two sample bottles to Mizulean and spoke to someone at the head office who assured me I would not be charged anything further and I have found today that I have been charged £69.96 twice and surprise surprise cannot get through to head office. What a complete scam how can they get away with it.

- anybody wanting to send it back don't bother ringing them the rma number is the order number on you letter send it back making sure this number is on the front of the package and inside on a letter saying you want to cancel when you post make sure you get a tracking number and proof of postage hope this helps you all
