I check my balance everyday and discovered the 89.00 withdrawal, from a company I've never heard of, nor applied too. I did call customer service, it took me an hour to get a live person. When I did I was told to print out a cancellation form fax and/or mail it in. I did both. I called back today to be sure they had it and I was told I had to wait 30 days for my money... WTH?!? They had to 'prove' it was taken from my bank. I just had to laugh, because one of the requirements was to send in the bank statement (and I sent a copy of the check) that it was taken out WITH THEIR NAME ON THE CHECK... With all the money now being taken out of my pay check, I can't afford 89.00 dollars - it means a bill won't be paid! I don't need that.
