Ordered "Trial" kit at the offer of post/packing charge only but have been charged nearly £90 - help! Does anybody know how to get money back?

I have since been emailing their customer support and the latest message from them offers a refund of £40 and keep the kit in exchange for not pursuing the matter any further with yourselves and similar and also my Bank. What do you think?
