A young guy claiming to be a college student came up to me to purchase a magazine subscription. He said he was competing to win a scholarship. He said it would cost $32 to receive a Rachael Ray magazine subscription for a year. I paid it and he gave me a receipt then couple weeks after, an invoice came to my house for it saying that I need to pay $28 more. The bad thing is that I can't even get my money back!!!!They are scams!!!!
