iv beenworking for this company since dec.22 2012 i was transfered from my old company not by chioce this company does not to their job by paying their employees they claim to have no record of me and iv already been added multiple time by a rep. but now noone answers their phones and nobody calls you back they make money from common weath to take care of their employees and the people they take care of im not sure why they are keeping 3 of my paychecks are they that broke they cant pay their employees this is getting bad im behind on my bills my bank account is messed up because of this and i faxed mutiple time sheets on mutlipule dates and my direct deposit from is lost and still lost after faxing it multiple times what ese can i do iv reported them to everyone i can think of i need help

- My girlfriend has been working since 3/7/2013 still no paycheck. everyday they have a new explanation that makes no sense. We are going to file a small claims lawsuit tuesday.
