The same thing has happened to my mother. They first tried contacting her by telephone on a few ocassions in which she reported this to the police she also made Verizon aware of these phone calls to put a block on her phone and then today she received a notice like the previous person stated in their complaint from the same address in the netherlands. Somone needs to address this situation and STOP this for there are many older people that may fall for this SCAM
