A woman named Wendy called me and promised to help me lower my interest rates for $1499. They tried to get me to turn all my interest accounts over to them including my cars and home. I gave them only a couple of credit card accts and $799. They sent a packet with info consisting of a payoff plan which a first grader could put together. They gave me a "concierge" person who never answered the phone. Their customer service ph was out of order every time I called. I kept sending emails that were returned and Finally I got an email saying they were out of business and sorry for the inconvenience. I looked them up on the internet in the beginning and they were BBB rated!
