I order Jamima a female english bulldog. I was ask to pay 500.00 dollars before shipping. I said no I would pay 300.00 dollars and the remaining balance when I received the puppy. After making the 300 dollar payment no shipping information was sent to me. The 1st thing I was told by Chun Murillo I would have the puppy between 7-7:30 the next morning 2/22/13. Then I was told the shipper needed 350.00 dollar to ship the puppy in a different crate. On the same day 2/22/13 I was told the shipper was closed it would be tomorrow on 2/23/13 before she would have the shipping information. Then I'm told I should receive the puppy by 9:00am on the 2/24/13. On the 24th I was sent a text message the puppy was stopped in Washington State for quarantine and a 500.00 quarantine fee would have to be paid before they would release the puppy. The afternoon of the 24th I received a text the 500.00 quarantine fee is refundable to the receiver. I agree to pay the 500.00 fee for the release directly to the quarantine authority. Only then did Chun Murillo send me the shippers email to send a inquiry. Once I told Chun Murillo I had emailed to the shipper to make arrangements to pay the fee. Chun Murillo sends me a email telling me to pay the fee to someone in Minnesota but I'm told the money would be refunded to the receiver. I sent her a email back that I would not pay any more money to her until I received the puppy. There is no way I trust this person now. I have never been given any information on the shipping, had the puppy sent to me or received any of my money back. I have ask how they plan to make this right with me, only to get no response at all.
