I paid £2.95 postage for what was offered as a free trial of beauty creams and then found a further £3.95 had been taken from my account.Today i have found that a further £97.95 has been taken from my account and i can't find any way of contacting the company. My bank has informed me that the only hope i've got of getting my money back is by contacting them directly which appears impossible. I can ill afford to lose that amount of money and would be extremely grateful if anyone can help me resolve it.

  • Well, I too have become a victim of their scam! After finally locating their actual webite (not the one that I ordered from which was offered through Sears Canada's website!), I discovered that they have Terms & Conditions (8 pages worth actually) & they have really covered their butts, legally at least! In their T&C's it is stated that we were to contact them within 2 weeks of recieving their product & if we didn't they would go ahead & charge our card that they had on file $149.95 each & every month as they also put us into their AutoRefill program... if the card on file EVER declines they believe that they can keep trying to process another payment for the same amount or slightly less!!! I'm soo NOT impressed sooo I'm going to have to cancel this card... my card is a pre-paid VISA soo they already have my money & I can't stop the transaction like most! I can't afford to lose this money or any more, but I can't afford a lawyer either! :( btw, IF you are lucky enough to be able to return their product (we they decide HOW MUCH they will return to you!) they are in ISRAEL!!!
