We are Legally licensed General Contractors and registered by low with CSLB. We placed an order for 19 x Concrete planter caps each for (34") & 5 x (26"x 26")pilaster caps for a total amount of $950,- and paid $350,- as a down payment in check to Omar Ramirez, who claimed he owns this business with his father, who is named Julius Ramirez, who are working together from backyard of his house.We found out later this was an unlicensed business, which we are treated bad and it does not exist. He provided us just a two pieces of very bad quality caps, which are not in our client acceptance. We requested for $350,- deposit return but we have problem with these people. They provided two phone numbers, which are listed under both names 714-396-1911 and 714-356-8981. Please help us we appreciate it very much.
