called this place thinking it was apple technical support about my i phone. i told them i had the apple icare insurance and they went on like they were apple then told me that it must be a software issue and it wasnt covered under the icare plan and that it was gonna cost 120.00 then i said never mind that it is supposed to be covered and then she said they could do a one time offer of 69.99 so and that they were oing to give me a gift card of 100.00 for the troubles. then a tech guy gets on phone and just tells me to plug the phone in and update it which did not fix the problem but did nothing for me as far as software went. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DONT LET THEM GET YOU!!! THEY NEVER ONCE SAY THEY ARE NOT APPLE!!!!
