International boundaries
Sending prize winning letters informing me that I have won but always asking me to send them money. I respond to the mail in a timely manner but I do not send money and they keep sending mail requesting money to receive my winnings. If I have won the prize why not takeout what they are asking me for and send me the amount they claim. I've won.
