When moving I went online to put in a change of address...this website (changemyaddress.com)is the first website on page and appears as the official site for USPS to change address. I filled out info and thought I would be charged only 1.00 on my debit card (which is what the official site charges)..instead, when I received my bank statement, I saw a $19.95 charge and discovered this is a bogus website! I called the company for a refund and was told they could only credit me $10.00! I asked them why would I want to pay $19.95 when I could pay only $1.00 on the official USPS site? The "supervisor", "Cooper". told me if he was offered a 1.00 hamburger or a $20.00 hamburger, he might want to choose the $20.00 hamburger!!!!! I said even if both hamburgers are exactly the same? He said yes! What a jerk!! While on the phone, I heard many conversations in the background with other reps offering people a credit of $10.00 back to their credit cards for this bogus charge!!!
