I purchased a Panasonic Plazma TV and paid by Amazon gift card to avoid the 15% surcharge. amd got a confirmation email about it beeing shipped.
Ilooked at google earth, and the "business" is a hous in Hudson NH, and the whois info has the registrar as having a California phone number.
I called Amazon, and they told me all gift card activity for this scammer has a hold on them, so give Amazon a call and forward your compaints to them.

They are investigating this "company" for fraud, so the more info they have, the quicker this will be resolved
