I went online for Securus and Jail Call Svcs/Securus popped up. I purchased the monthly package. I was given a phone number for the inmate to use & it did not work. We tried several times. I would email the company for help and a foreign lady would always call me back and I could never understand what she was saying so i was VERY angry. I feel like i was ripped off and I would like a full refund because I dont have money to just throw away.
