Medical Alert/Con America

My sisters and I arranged for the purchase of the Medical Alert from Connect America.com LLC. My mother gave me the 300 and some odd dollars to put into my checking account and we made the purchase with my debit card. That was May 12, 2013. Today, 8/16/13 I discovered a debit pending from them in the amount of 99.25. I called, talked to an agent, told them why I was calling, he said that we had ordered another alert system. I told him that I most certainly did not. He said he would transer me to billing (which was the department I thought I was speaking with) but that department was closed until tomorrow, Sat. 8/18/13. I will call in the morning to find out about this scam and get my money back.
