My father-in-law signed up for this service. They charged his credit acct. on 4/25 for $384.45 (paid for a whole year), and again on 5/7 they charged $364.45. Upon just now calling them, they said they would call back in a few minutes - about 45 minutes ago. They said they have NO RECORD of the $364.45 being charged!!! I'll call our Cr. Crd. Co., cancel them totally & get the money refunded. Unfortunately credit card companies do not follow up on these "small" THEFTS, so the companies just continue to scam - especially the elderly!!! Guess they probably LAUGH every day when they see "con America" on everyone's accounts!!!!
