U Haul Rent A Truck

I rented a truck & auto transport from a Uhaul contractor in New Jersey in May. I had documented problem with picking up the necessary equipment and a travel delay due to the contractor giving me improper instructions on how to open my vehicle while it was loaded on the autotransport. I was supposed to meet a contractor in Washington DC to transport my belongings to Winston Salem NC. I missed the contractor so had to drive the remainder of the distance. U Haul told me that the extra cost was $476.00 They said they would send me a promissary note & I could arrange payment. I didn't get the promissary note, to sign. In June without any communication they debited my checking account for $1,100 causing a $900.00 overdraft which the bank took out of my next social security check in July leaving me with $300.00 to live on that month.I complained but they refused to address my concerns. They are now trying to collect an additional $476.00 which they claim is for the auto transport. They are harrassing me.
