We were promised two free round trip tickets to anywhere in the US if we would sit through their travel presentation. After the presentation was over, we were given vouchers that we had to redeem for an additional $125 ($50 and $75 separately for hotel package and airfare) We sent the checks and received a piece of paper with additional 'restrictions" that were so onerous there was no way on earth you could plan a trip anywhere. It also said that if we did nothing, they would send us a two for one certificate instead, which has less restrictions. This is not what was advertised. I called customer service and a man told me that it said "other restrictions apply" so they had done nothing wrong. Sickening.
