I ordered a sample product called Beauty & Truth WRINKLE REWIND for $3.95. and a few days later a $78.49 charge showed up on my credit card. after arguing with a customer service employee for 15 minutes and finally telling him I was going to report them to the better business bureau he gave me the full refund.
The company offers the product on line free for a $3.95 charge and then sends you an long email confirming the sale with the product charge in the fine print which of course most people don't bother to read all the way to the end.
